Professional Qualifications Pilot CPL, IFR rating prefered, ATPL subjects required for some countries, min hours required for Africa 500, PNG 1000. Engineer Group 1 & 2 aircraft, min of 2 yrs industry experience, vacancies for engineers, airframe and avionics. IT Software design, installation, maintenance and development. Management Proven management experience with recognised qualifications Accountant Recognised qualification and experience in Corporate Accounting practices. Maintenance Team leader for Property, vehicle and construction projects. Short term Various short term projects
Personal Attributes Physical Good health, suitable for tropical locations, no ongoing medical issues. Emotional Psychological testing carried out for temperament and personality suitability for living in remote areas. Spiritual Mature Christian faith, some Biblical studies required and a clear sense of God’s leading into missions which is endorsed by your home Church(es). Relational To be able to work in cross-cultural situations, able to resolve conflicts and build healthy relationships.
Terms of Employment Support Staff are paid an allowance but are required to raise financial and prayer support. The amount required varies between countries. Length of contracts All contracts are for a minimum two years, with 6 weeks leave per year. Our preference is for people to commit to at least 4 years. Location Overseas NZ applicants are mainly located in Arnhem Land or Papua New Guinea. Families may be required to live in remote locations, particularly those with young children.
