Our Vision

Isolated people physically and spiritually transformed in Christ’s name

Our Purpose

Sharing God’s love through aviation and technology

Our Values

Impact We value ministry that transforms lives and multiplies the effectiveness of those we serve, seizing opportunities to serve the living God in a fast-changing world.

Witness We value Christ-like behaviour in the way we work and relate to one another and to those we serve. We have respect and care for all people and have compassion for those in need. We are sensitive to cultural differences and have a servant attitude.

Excellence We value integrity, professionalism, safety and competence in all areas and believe that all our work should honour and glorify Christ.

Partnership We value the strength and diversity that co-operation and collaboration bring and partner with those who share our beliefs and values.

Stewardship We value the wise use of our resources and carefully balance the benefits of investments with the costs involved.

Care We value the personal and spiritual wellbeing of our people. We respect, care and pray for one another.

You can be a part of this global effort through your financial support, prayer support, or by putting the skills that God has given you as a pilot, mechanic, or communications specialist to work overseas.

Our Calling and Passion

People gather at the edge of the runway high in the mountains, awaiting their only link with the civilised world

MAF is a faith-based organisation reaching people in the most remote places of the world - where flying is a lifeline, not a luxury

MAF brings not only the teachers, but all the books to villages beyond the reach of normal transport

MAF flies over jungles, mountains, swamps and deserts - to bring medical care, emergency relief, aid and development, and Christian hope

Airvan taking off
Every three minutes, an MAF plane is taking off or landing somewhere in a remote spot of the world
An emergency medical evacuation is all part of a normal day for MAF pilots in papua New Guinea
Across the world, multitudes of sick and poor people, many with no spiritual support, depend on basic services that can only be provided by using light aircraft.
Mission Aviation Fellowship International is who they depend upon, servicing 2000 airstrips, supporting 900 organisations, with 140 aircraft, in 31 countries worldwide.
